Nokogiriyama

Just across the bay from Keikyu Kurihama in Yokohama lies Nokogiriyama, home to Japan’s largest (stone) Buddha.

It’s nice in spring with the new blossoms:

It’s pretty big. 31 meters in fact:

Just a short hike up the mountain is another Buddha carved directly into the mountain:
